Niko is a bright and incredibly advanced two-year-old with a huge personality and a big brain to match. She’s already speaking in full sentences, confidently counts from 1 to 1000, knows all her ABCs, identifies animals with ease, and can do light math. She’s highly communicative, funny, expressive, and while she hasn’t begun consistent potty training just yet, she’s right on the edge of it. Our ideal day begins with phonics and a homemade breakfast. Niko currently lives with myself and her grandmother—both full-time entrepreneurs—so she’s been deeply integrated into our creative, day-to-day rhythm. We’re now looking for someone who can offer her a bit more structure, peer interaction, and hands-on activities. She thrives in Montessori-style environments and has a deep love for animals, books, and exploratory play. We’d love a caregiver who understands how to nurture her curiosity and her genius, support her learning, and engage her in a fun, creative, and emotionally aware way. We’re currently seeking care Monday through Thursday from 1PM to around 4:30/5PM. I’d love to set up an interview to connect and explore what a potential start date could look like. This would be Niko’s very first experience with a sitter outside of family, so it’s a big step for us. We’re looking for someone who feels aligned energetically—someone we can truly trust to become a meaningful and nurturing presence in her world.Nanny job details
