About this nanny job

Hi, we are Niki and Kevin😊, and we are looking for a Home Manager! Our main goal of this position is to help my husband and I accomplish our normal household duties to free our time to spend it with our toddler boy. This position encompasses a combination of cooking, cleaning (not deep), organizing, running errands, and childcare. While the childcare component is the most important, it’s not where you will spend most of your time. This is because our toddler is in daycare most of the week (Mon-Thur. 9 AM-2 PM) and is often watched on Fridays by a family member for our “Family Fridays”. During his daycare time and Family Fridays, the role focuses mostly on cooking, cleaning/organizing, general support — keeping the household running. Outside daycare hours, the focus shifts to childcare to include possible pick up and drop off from daycare. About the toddler Our toddler boy is sweet, smart, loving, a good eater, and potty-trained. Schedule -Weekly total hours are usually between 30 to 40 hours. -The schedule varies daily but typically falls between the hours of 6:30 AM and 5 PM. -On occasion, we request weekends or evening support, which we coordinate in advance. Compensation $18 to $23/hr, experience dependent. Benefits -Paid personal time off. -Time and a half compensation for over-time (greater than 40 hrs/week). -Personal mileage is reimbursed. -All meals made for the family are shareable at the home to the home manager. -Mentorship, if desired… Both my husband and I are executive-level professionals and have mentored many young adults in achieving their career goals.
