About this nanny job

I am a 1st time mom with a newborn baby in need of a nanny. We don't need on full time, just a few mornings/nights a week while I work so my husband can work from home and do do stuff around the house. My work shifts differ but Morning shifts are usually 9am-4pm and afternoon/evening shifts range from 3pm-11pm but hours differ. We need help while my husband gets more comfortable keeping our baby by himself.
