About this nanny job
Special Needs Caregiver and Family Helper. We are seeking an experienced caregiver to help with our 14 year old (8th grader), who has significant developmental disabilities that affect his speech and both his fine and gross motor skills. Responsibilities include: daily scaffolded support for homework; support with toileting, hygiene and other personal care; assistance with transport. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with disabled teens, training or ongoing schooling as a paraprofessional, PT, OT, SLP, teacher, behavioral technician, or other related field; legally permitted to work in the United States. Primary need is for weekday afternoons, with extra hours in mornings and weekends possible if desired. Exact details and days off negotiable.Nanny job details
