About this nanny job

The work could begin as early as May 16th, but the start date could be pushed back as needed. Given my current custody schedule (2-2-3) one week the kids would need to be watching Mon/Tue/Fri and the next week they would need to be watched Wed/Thurs. Each time it would be from 9 am to 2 pm (5 hours). This averages out at 12.5 hours per week. My oldest, Charlotte, is 7 years old. She's very bright, and while she has exceled at math in school she's a bit behind in reading. So a little time spent reading with her would be very helpful. Juliet is 3 years old, and is bright like her sister, but unfortunately has delayed speech. She can do everything any other kid her age can do but we work with her every day to try to get her to say simple words (up, dada, blue, red, etc.). So when you are with her it would be very helpful if you prompted her to say those words (I can provide a list of words to focus on). My hope would be that you could take them on fun activities during this time and of course I would cover gas and any admissions costs to parks, zoos, etc.
