Hello! Thanks for your interest! I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal/House Assistant + after school childcare (3 yr and almost 5 yr old) to support my household & professional career as a Real Estate Developer and Entrepreneur & (part time single mom, as I have my children 50% of the time.) ---I am looking for someone long term, Ie. 3+ years ideally---Looking for someone to start asap. *The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing comprehensive household AND child support. Role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various tasks efficiently.* *Caretaker personality. ***Biggest qualities I am seeking: Good with kids/experience with kiddos, cooking is a big one, organization, keeping up the house hold!*** General Day - Grocery shop, prep individual breakfast, lunch for myself, and then handle family dinners (for 3 people, two of which are kids), food prep for me as I eat clean, clean up toys, tidy up, general house, daily light cleaning (vaccum/mop) as we have a deep cleaning service but need daily upkeep, clean dishes, restock things in bedrooms/bathrooms, restock kitchen/pantry, unload dishwasher, make beds, handle all laundry in home, setting up holiday décor, outdoor plants, odds and ends around house, organize garage, organize pantry, run errands, handle returns, general office administration with receipt organization, there likely will be some assistance business wise, possibly showing/opening rentals for showings, wrapping gifts, etc. some bill pay, mailing letters, etc. Must have a safe car to transport children. Will handle drive to and school pick ups. Kids – take them to park, or other activities. Crafts at home. Outdoor stuff, etc. General day will look like: Monday-Tuesday 7am-5pm (drive kids to school / pick kids up from school at 3pm) (10 hours)
Wednesday-Thursday 7am-11am (somewhat flexible here.) ++ IDEALLY would add weekend hours every other weekend when I have my kids - this is not required, but an option for additional hours per month. (4, 6-8 hour days per month). Experience * 2+ year minimum with kids in some capacity * Strong cooking skills - important. Basic stuff is fine!! Ie. Crock pot, salads, chicken, etc. * Highly organized and clean! * Proficient computer literacy. * Self starter - doesn't need me to give you tasks always, ie. good at finding things to do.
