I'm starting a new job that transitions to full time June 1st. The job is 90% hybrid so I will be at the house working. However, with such a young baby and not knowing the demands of this job I may need assistance when my partner cannot help. My schedule is flexible but standard times are 9a-5:30pm. Mondays are mandatory thats I work in person. My partner works 2pm -12:30am so its hit or miss whether he can help or would want to sleep in. Potentially a second kid (3yrs old) but ONLY on Fridays.Nanny job details
