About this nanny job

My daughter is a really smart, charismatic 13-year-old who needs a lot of help with structure and responsibility. Her needs go beyond what I can provide for her on my own. She has really great potential, but does not yet have any of the necessary skills to become a leader, or even take responsibility for her own self just yet. She struggles to keep together with any type of structure. Her therapist feels strongly that she needs to go to leadership camps and/or more structured summer schools to help her develop this now rather than wait and let it get worse. I am hoping to first start with someone who can spend time with her throughout the day helping her learn to manage her own schedule herself. This includes, getting up at the same time everyday, getting ready for the day in a timely manner, eating and cleaning up after herself, and prioritizing her responsibilities without being told. She needs a lot of help to get to a place where she can manage her structure on her own.
