About this nanny job

Hi! I am a 911 dispatcher currently working overnight shifts. Dad is a nurse at a Phoenix Children’s and needs to leave at 6am and Mondays I need to sleep for a few hours after he goes to work. Looking for someone every other Monday for the next 8 weeks or so. Ideally we are looking for someone 6am-12pm but can be pretty flexible if we found the right fit. Mondays are our priority right now but would love to find someone who wants to work extra hours sporadically. We both have the opportunity to pick up extra shifts quite frequently if we can find someone who is available on a last minute basis which days/times vary week to week.. we like to just schedule those as we go. Our girls are typically pretty chill and on good schedules. They have a great playroom that they love as well as a shaded backyard and multiple parks within a few minutes walk. Our priority is just playing with them / keeping them safe and just any cleaning up after them as necessary (mostly just dishes, they’re pretty good at cleaning their messes when asked!)
