About this nanny job

Hi i am looking for childcare for my two young daughters . We are a very well mannered family and we have routines with the babies so it will be easy on the sitter . I work part time so i will only need child care for a short time throughout the mornings to afternoon ish . I will always have the babies showered and ready for the day with ready prepared meals till i am back in which the sitter is welcome to eat as well . I will have some activities to do throughout the day but not forced sometimes i understand kids have a routine of their own . All im asking is just for someone to really just keep close eye and attend to their needs like diaper changes and feeding meals / snacks as well as a little interaction . My kids like to talk and express themselves they are very smart .
