About this nanny job

We’re a loving family of five looking for a reliable, nurturing babysitter who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. We have three little ones each with their own unique personality who love to play, explore, and be silly. We’re hoping to find someone who is patient, present, and confident caring for multiple children at once. Our ideal sitter knows how to balance fun and structure, and approaches caregiving with heart and intention. This role is mostly for occasional date nights or weekends when we’d love some time to reset or get away. That said, we’re also hoping to build a long-term relationship with someone who could eventually become a trusted part of our village someone we’d feel completely comfortable leaving our kids with for a full day, an overnight, or even a weekend getaway down the line. We also share our home with two sweet dogs and a low-key cat who mostly does her own thing, so comfort around pets is a must. Light tidying after the kids (toys, snacks, etc.) is appreciated, but your main focus will always be their care and well-being. If you’re someone who naturally fits into a family’s rhythm, has a genuine love for children, and is looking for something more meaningful than just a job we’d love to meet you.
