About this nanny job

Hi i am looking for part time childcare during the weekday mornings . I have two daughters aged 1 and 3 . They are both very well mannered , smart , crazy and funny girls . They both have personalities of their own and love to talk . The time should go smoothly i will have them bathed and ready for the day as well as ready prepared meals till i am back which you are welcomed to eat as well . I will also leave some activities for throughout the day but understand if they have a routine of their own . They are both still in diapers although my oldest is getting the hang of it . I am looking for a sitter to watch them inside my home while I work . There are stairs but i do have child gates so im just asking for someone to pay super close attention to them while i am away .
