Full-Time Nanny/Household Assistant – McLean, VA (Live-In Preferred) We are seeking a full-time, warm, and proactive nanny/household assistant to support a busy family with four children (one toddler and three school-aged). The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and confident managing both childcare and household tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced home. Key Responsibilities: Morning care for children School/daucare drop-offs/pickups for children Afternoon and evening support: activities, homework, dinner, and bedtime routines Regular weekend support Light housekeeping and laundry Meal prep and general household assistance Schedule Note: The toddler attends daycare during the day, allowing for a mid-day break. Ideal Candidate: Live-in strongly preferred Must have your own vehicle Comfortable working in a high-energy, fully staffed home Proactive, dependable, and able to take initiative Open to a schedule that includes regular evenings and weekends Start Date: Ideally June Location: McLean, VA Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
