About this babysitting job

We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, energetic, attentive, and compassionate babysitter for our children. Our daughter will be 5 and our son will be 1, both in August (4yo and 10mo at time of first care). CPR / First Aid certification is required. Non Smoker is strongly preferred but not required. If you smoke, no smoking allowed during scheduled care. Must be comfortable with cameras throughout the house. Our daughter is into My Little Pony, Barbies, puzzles, and outdoor play. She loves to take care of her baby brother and may even think you're supervising her babysitting skills. Our son is currently crawling, pulling up to stand, cruising, and taking steps whenever he can, so he needs CONSTANT supervision when not in his bouncer, walker, or crib. He is my Velcro baby and is also going through separation anxiety and learning to self soothe, so just a fair warning that he may need/want to be held for a portion of his wake time. Evening care (depending on hours) will involve serving the kids dinner (I will cook or order in advance) and cleaning up afterwards. Baths will be done in advance as well and not required or permitted, however our son gets a quick wipe down of his face and neck after dinner before changing into his PJs. Our daughter changes herself. You'll also be responsible for the remainder of the bedtime routine, which is fairly simple and will be prepared for you to refer to when necessary. Our son has never been left with anyone before so please excuse Mom for being so paranoid. Let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to hearing from you!
