About this babysitting job

I am looking for an occasional sitter for when I attend concerts or have a night out. I am mostly looking for someone who is able to come to our home and watch my daughter for the night until I arrive home. It will be a late night, most of the time I return around 12-2 am at which point you can go home. Babysitting time would be for about 3 hours before bedtime and then just supervising until I arrive home.
