About this nanny job

Hello! We are in search of a part-time nanny starting mid-August. We have two lovely and loving daughters, ages 3 and 5, and have a newborn on the way at the end of May. We have had the same nanny 3 days/week for the past 5 years, who we have absolutely adored, but as her daughter has grown, she is now looking for 40+ hours/week, and we cannot provide those hours. We would love to welcome someone consistent into our family who plans to stay with us for a few years. I am looking for someone to come 3 days/week, about 7-9 hours each day, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Mondays: You will be with our baby (who will be 3 months old) and our 3 y/o daughter. Our 5 y/o will be dropped off at home from school and will be with you as well from 3-4/4:30 (approximately) Tuesdays: You will be with the baby, and the 3 and 5 y/o will be dropped off at home and will be with you from 3-4:30/5. Wednesdays: You will be with the baby, and the 3 and 5 y/o will be dropped off at home and will be with you from 3-4/4:30. You may need to pick up the girls from school some days; it is a 5-minute walk from our house. Additionally, I would love it if you were comfortable driving for outings on Mondays with my 3 y/o to museums or classes, but this is something we can discuss.
