About this babysitting job

We typically have a monthly date night where we go out from 6-10pm and we are looking for someone who would be available to regularly sit for the children during this date night. Our oldest (3) tends to go to bed a little later by 8pm and our daughter (2) goes to bed at the latest around 7pm. Our daughter is slow to warm up to new people so we also want someone more consistently for this purpose. Dinner is around 5:30-6pm and then we start bedtime routine/wind down at 6:30pm.
