About this babysitting job
Hi! We’re a mom and dad looking for a trustworthy babysitter so we can enjoy a much-needed date night. This will be our first time hiring a sitter, so we’re hoping to find someone responsible, kind, and experienced with young children. Details: Date: Friday, May 30th Time: 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM Location: Astoria Children: 2-year-old (should be asleep or winding down by the time you arrive, if having a difficult time going to bed thats okay) 11-year-old (very independent and likely to entertain themselves or go to bed) Additional Info: Our home is equipped with security cameras in all common areas and bedrooms, but never in bathrooms, of course. This is for general home safety and peace of mind — we just like to be transparent upfront. What We’re Looking For: Experience with toddlers CPR/First Aid certified is a plus Reliable and punctual Comfortable with a quiet night while the kids sleep, but kids can get loud. This should be a very low-key evening — mostly just being present in case anything comes up while the kids are asleep.
