We have two daughters aged 7 and 3 and it can be quite a juggle keeping them both happy at the same time due to the age difference. Someone who is high-energy and embraces such a juggle would be perfect for us to reclaim a little more of our lives back -- more date nights, social events, weekend time for ourselves. We can be pretty flexible on times, looking to build a relationship with someone to have a consistent rotation with. We aren't late night people, and our youngest can be a tough bedtime put-down, so we'd often aim to be back by 8-8:30 pm at the latest just in case she needs to be put down by us (at least until she's in a good routine with the sitter).Babysitting job details
