About this nanny job

We are seeking a part-time nanny to provide attentive and nurturing care for our four-month-old newborn while I work from a home office. This position is ideal for an experienced caregiver who is reliable, patient, and dedicated to providing a safe and stimulating environment for an infant. The schedule will be 10 am - 2 pm, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: Provide sole care for our four-month-old, including feeding (bottles), diaper changes, and adhering to her nap schedule. Engage in age-appropriate activities, such as tummy time, reading books, singing songs, and gentle play to support her development. Maintain a clean and organized nursery area and feeding supplies (e.g., washing bottles). Take the baby on walks outside in the stroller when weather permits. Communicate throughout the day regarding our baby's needs, mood, and schedule, as I will be working from home. Adhere to a consistent daily routine that we will establish together. Qualifications: Proven experience caring for infants, preferably between the ages of 3 and 6 months. Fluent in both English and Spanish -- this is a strong preference and a key part of our child's early development plan. Must be comfortable with dogs, as we have one friendly shichon who will be present in the home.
