About this nanny job

We are looking for help with our growing family. We have two wonderful kids 5 months and 3.5yrs old. The ideal candidate would be available to act as a second pair of hands and flex across childcare, meal prep, household management (contractor appointments, parcel returns, trip packing etc) and longer term projects (declutter, manage inventory etc). We definitely would index for the person who we most want to be around our kids as there is a possibility this role would expand to more of a nanny role in the future as our young baby grows and our current nanny leaves for grad school next summer. In the short to medium term I'd love to have someone in the house who could give me the flexibility to leave the baby with, or do a school pick up if my schedule requires it, who would otherwise be helping me with lunchboxes, batch cooking and setting up and maintaining systems for the house to run more efficiently etc. Would also appreciate occasional babysitting or weekend cover for when my husbands work requires him to travel but the regular hours/routine is my priority.
