About this nanny job

We are looking for a babysitter who loves childare and trustworthy. We hope you can be a friend and family to us. The responsibility includes: prepare food for the baby and feed or supervise the baby while eating (we like gentle baby lead weaning); play with the baby, or let her play by herself if she's enjoying it; soothe the baby to sleep, such as pat her to sleep (we are strongly against sleep training); the bottom line is to keep the baby safe, but minor injury is fine. If we both think this can be a good fit, we'd like you to try a few hours with the baby before we get started. The job starts in late September and is expected to be over in July, 2026. We are good employers. We pay on time. Wa are flexible and if you occasionally need a few hours or days off, we can usually accomdate that.
