About this nanny job

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and experienced babysitter to provide attentive and nurturing care for our two young daughters—a playful 1-year-old and a 5-month-old baby. The ideal candidate will be dependable, patient, and confident in caring for infants and toddlers at the same time. Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive and loving care to both children Feed the baby bottles and help with baby-led weaning/purée feeding (as needed) Prepare and serve snacks or meals for the 1-year-old Change diapers and assist with potty training when appropriate Engage the 1-year-old in age-appropriate play, reading, and developmental activities Follow nap schedules for both children Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times Light housekeeping related to the children (e.g. tidying play areas, washing bottles, cleaning up after meals) Communicate regularly with parents about the children's day and any concerns Qualifications: Previous experience caring for infants and toddlers (especially managing two young children at once) CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Non-smoker Reliable transportation to/from the home References required Preferred Qualities: Calm and patient under pressure Strong communication skills Organized and proactive Familiar with infant sleep cues, feeding schedules, and early childhood development
