This is not a standalone role—you’ll partner with experienced caregivers and family staff, so emotional intelligence, low-ego collaboration, and excellent communication anre essential. Must-haves: significant in-home nanny experience, college degree, proven discretion/confidentiality, strong swimmer, valid driver’s license & passport, travel-ready (domestic/international, overnights), and tech-comfortable (Mac/iPhone). Assent-based BCBA/BT background or experience is not required, but strongly preferred. Expectations: Able to communicate, perform, and respond well under pressure/ambiguity, while projecting a serene, calm energy. Support a smooth, joyful home rhythm for multiple children, family, and team. Ability to thrive in highly collaborative environments, where reliability and accountability contribute to a steady, safe, and comfortable atmosphere for children and the extended household team. Education: College degree required. Other areas of expertise include ST, SLP, OT, BT/BCBA, Child Life Specialist Schedule: 5 days/week, ~12-hour day shifts; flexibility for evenings/holidays/travel.
