Seeking a part-time nanny —Our family in Monticello, WI 53570 is looking for a part-time nanny to care for our two children (a 10-month-old boy and a 7-year-old girl). We’re starting with about 40 hours per month—one evening a week (5–9 PM) and one weekend day every other week (7 AM–7 PM)—with the hope of transitioning to a fuller schedule of 7 AM–7 PM for 3–4 days per week if it’s a good fit. Care includes childcare, homework help, and fun, age-appropriate activities (we limit screen time to one hour per day, so someone who enjoys arts and crafts is a plus!). Light housekeeping, weekly laundry, and occasional linens are also part of the role. Bonus if you’re open to planning and preparing healthy breakfasts and dinners for the week. This is a smoke-free home with cats and horses, and there’s additional pay available if you’re willing to help with pet care (feeding, litter, and light barn chores). CPR/First Aid certification is required, and Spanish or basic sign language skills are a plus. Rate is $23–26/hour depending on experience and tasks, with flexibility for the right candidate.
