We value someone who will plan engaging activities that foster curiosity and social skills while providing steady care and comfort. Light housework is part of this role, such as tidying play areas, loading the dishwasher, or helping with her laundry. These expectations are clear and consistent, with no scope creep. Your focus will always remain on her care and creating a safe, loving space where she can learn and thrive.
