About Our Family: We are a fun-loving Christian family with five amazing kids—three adventurous boys and two sweet, spirited girls. Our children are full of life, creativity, and kindness. They love to play, laugh, and explore, but they also thrive with clear structure and healthy boundaries. Our previous babysitter was with us for many years before moving to Colorado to pursue her master’s degree—we still light up when she comes back to visit! Now, we are looking for someone special to step into this role and become part of our family’s rhythm. What We’re Looking For: We need a babysitter who is: • Fun & Engaging – Someone who loves to play games, read stories, do crafts, or come up with creative adventures. • Firm but Caring – Our kids respect strong leadership. We need someone who can lovingly set boundaries while also making time together enjoyable. • Dependable & Trustworthy – Punctual, responsible, and able to keep our children safe at all times. • Values Aligned – As a Christian family, we appreciate someone who shares and respects our values. Schedule & Availability: • Most often Friday evenings (our date night!) for about 4–5 hours. • Occasionally, we may need additional help on other evenings or days, depending on our schedule. Responsibilities Include: • Supervising playtime and activities (inside and outside). • Preparing and serving simple meals/snacks. • Bedtime routine (pajamas, brushing teeth, storytime, prayers). • Light tidying up with the kids (toys, dishes, etc.). • Ensuring a safe and positive environment. Ideal Candidate: • Loves working with kids and has prior babysitting/childcare experience. • Creative, patient, and enjoys being hands-on with play. • Strong communicator with both kids and parents. • Reliable transportation and flexibility for evenings/weekends.
