After School Nanny/House Manager for 2 Elementary School-Age Children - Bethesda, MD. Schedule: Weekday afternoons with occasional evenings (approx. 1:00pm-7:00pm, but flexible will hours). We’re a warm family in Bethesda seeking a reliable, kind, and proactive after-school caregiver for our son and daughter, ages 7 and 9. Most of the care will include school pickup, activity drop-offs, homework help, and light household support. Responsibilities: -- Pick up children from school -- Drive to and from local after-school activities -- Prep simple family-friendly dinners or snacks -- Help with homework (mainly 4th grade level, but might have some 1st grade later in the year) -- Light household help while children are at school like dishes/laundry -- Occasionally stay later for evening babysitting with advance notice. Ideal Candidate -- Responsible, nurturing, fun, and organized -- Clean driving record and comfortable transporting children -- Has their own reliable car (preferred) Details -- Competitive hourly pay based on experience -- Gas/mileage reimbursement if using your own car -- Consistent weekday schedule with flexibility for occasional evenings.
