We are seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive Family Nanny to join our household and play an important role in our children’s daily routines, growth, and happiness. This person will not only care for our kids but also embody kindness, problem-solving, and teamwork—becoming a trusted extension of our family. Responsibilities • Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for our children. • Engage kids in age-appropriate activities that support learning, creativity, and play. • Assist with daily routines: school prep, drop-off/pick-up (if needed), naps, and bedtime prep. • Model values of respect, kindness, and integrity at all times. • Prepare simple, healthy, kid-friendly meals and snacks; encourage good eating habits. • Light housekeeping tasks related to the children (tidying play areas, dishes after meals, kids’ laundry). • Help keep the household running smoothly by staying organized and proactive. • Work closely with parents as a partner in raising happy, respectful, and responsible children. • Maintain open and honest communication and bring a problem-solving mindset—anticipating needs before they arise. Qualifications • Previous childcare/nanny experience (multiple children preferred). • Patient, dependable, and adaptable to a busy family schedule. • Ability to multitask while staying calm and positive. • Strong communication skills and a heart for children. • Comfortable helping with light household duties. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred but not required). • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
