Hello! Our family is looking for a part-time nanny and mother’s helper to help care for our sweet, 4 year old boy — and sometimes our 16-month-old boy — starting October 6th (date flexible). My spouse travels a lot for work, so I mainly need help with meal prep/cooking, picking up our older son from preschool, taking him to after-school activities, help with his dinner/bath/bedtime routine, and helping me out with our toddler in the evenings. This job is perfect for someone with school or other commitments in the morning, or someone looking for a part-time opportunity with a family who really values you! We are also happy to help find another family who can pick up extra morning hours. * Hours: 25 hrs minimum/week, ideally Mon-Thurs 2-8 pm and Fri 2-6 pm (28 hrs), with flexibility to stay later with advance notice * Start date: October 6th (flexible) * Location: Inner Richmond/Laurel Heights border near the Arsicault Bakery. We have no pets. * Very loving, responsible, punctual, and active/energetic * Overall positive person and good human being! * Highly attentive, engaged, and safe with children indoors and outdoors * Patient, calm, and kind * Keeps kitchen area and child’s room and play areas very clean and organized * Helps with light housekeeping and doing child’s laundry * Helps with meal prep and making healthy kids meals * Helps with school pick-up, after school activities, dinner, bath, and bedtime routine * Good communicator * Non-smoker and fully vaccinated * Flexibility for a date night, weekend, or time changes with advance notice * Must be able to drive (caregiver’s car) for school pick-up and after-school activities We look forward to meeting and working with someone amazing!
