We need a nanny for our almost 4-year-old who is slow to trust new adults. She is playful, observant, and funny. You'll need to ease into her circle of trust as she has a lot of anxiety around new adults, especially with speaking to them. Pickups might divert to the park, or might end up at home while one flexible work parent is around. She's into drawing, unicorns, space, the Liberty and the Mets. Transparency and good communication is of the utmost importance.
