About this nanny job

We have children that are pretty self sufficient, except for the 3 y/o. Looking for someone to pick the kids up from school (3 blocks away from the house), build trust and a relationship with them, work with them doing their homework, feed them if need be, and possibly drop them off at their dance practice less than 5 minutes away from the house. If we see fit, we'll include the 3 y/o but as of right now, he's at school from 7am to 6pm. We need someone who loves children and is passionate about helping them develop their own personalities. My 9 y/o is in 4th grade and is independent, loves to read and write, and sings all the time. My 6 y/o is in Kindergarten and copies her sister but loves to play, learn, and create things. Patience is key and someone who build rapport with two growing young ladies. Our work schedule various but we're typically home anywhere from 5pm to 6:15pm.
