About this nanny job

I am looking for a babysitter for when I go back to work. Kanomi is so smart and smiley. She is the easiest sweetest little girl around. I’m looking for someone that is kind and responsible. Someone who loves babies and is patient and responsive to infants. I can pay via cash app venmo or even cash when I have enough on hand. I work 5 minutes from my home but work as a server at Champions’s Run so sometimes I’m off earlier sometimes a little later but not by much. Looking for someone flexible with that.
