About this nanny job

We’re a family based in the Brentwood area looking for a warm, reliable, and engaging babysitter to join our support system for our daughter, Ella, who is 11 months old. We already have a wonderful full-time nanny, but we’re looking for an extra set of hands for part-time and flexible hours. The role is mainly to help when our nanny isn’t available—most commonly Tuesday and Thursday evenings (around 4:30–6:30 pm, through bedtime) and a few flexible hours on weekends. On weeknights, this usually means playing with Ella, helping with her dinner, bath, and bedtime routine. On weekends, it may be active babysitting (playtime, meals, etc.) or simply being around while she’s asleep, keeping an eye on the baby monitor. Ella is a happy, curious baby who loves to explore, play, and engage with people. We’d love someone who brings positive energy, patience, and attentiveness—someone who can be playful while also keeping routines consistent. This position is perfect for someone looking for steady but flexible part-time work with a sweet baby in a kind and easygoing household.
