About this nanny job

I work two days a week (Thursday and Friday). I work early in the morning so it's extremely hard to find proper childcare. I need someone to either keep my 9 month old son overnight or stay overnight for two nights with us. I work at 5:30 or 6am majority of the days I'm required to work. In desperate need due to being my son's main care taker.
