Position: Part-Time Nanny/Caregiver. Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (10:30 AM - 2:30PM also possible) Location: Lower Haight, San Francisco, CA Start Date: Immediate. Ideal fit is a long-term partnership (2-5 years) Rate: $40/hour. W2. 20 guaranteed hours. Sick pay, 2 weeks vacation, paid federal holidays. Opportunities for extra hours (mornings, evenings, weekend) if interested, but never required Positive References required: One minimum, Two ideal About Our Family We are seeking a nurturing, reliable part-time, in-home caregiver for our baby son. Key details: The boy is 10 months old - crawling, playful, in good cheer, loves to go for walks. The position is in the house. Dad works from home. Mom is the primary caregiver The boy nurses and eats solid food (baby led solids). He doesn’t take a bottle. You’ll lead wake windows and play; Mom will step in only to nurse. The boy eats a solid food lunch around 1pm. No pets in the home. Daily Schedule - We’ll commit to keeping this fixed unless mutually agreed: 11:00 AM: Arrive (may briefly overlap with nursing / nap time) 1:00 PM: Feed baby lunch (parents will provide instructions and initial supervision) 2:30 PM: Hand off baby to mom for nap, or put baby down for nap. 2:30-3:00 PM: Tidy baby-related items and organize supplies Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive care Prepare and feed lunch following parent guidelines Maintain safe environment and monitor baby at all times Light housekeeping related only to baby care (meals, play areas, baby laundry) Clearly communicate daily activities, discuss any concerns with parents Requirements Previous infant care experience (professional or personal) CPR/First Aid certification (paid CPR recertification) Up to date vaccinations (Tdap, MMR, flu, COVID)
