We’re a kind and down-to-earth family in Lower Pacific Heights looking for a full-time nanny to care for our 7-month-old daughter. We’re hoping to find someone who is nurturing, attentive, and experienced with infants, especially those with dietary sensitivities—our baby has a cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA). Both parents work partly from home during the week, so we’re looking for someone comfortable in a household where family members may be around. We truly value open communication, reliability, and a calm, positive presence in our home. Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday (approximately 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; can be flexible for the right fit) Responsibilities: Providing attentive, loving care to our baby throughout the day Preparing and giving bottles and solids in line with her CMPA dietary needs Engaging her with age-appropriate play, reading, and developmental activities Following nap schedules and maintaining consistent routines Light baby-related housekeeping (bottle washing, laundry, tidying play areas, etc.) Occasional neighborhood walks or park visits (weather permitting) About our home: We have a friendly, gentle 7-year-old dog who loves people and naps most of the day Our home is located in a safe, walkable neighborhood near several parks and cafes Street parking is available, and we’re accessible by public transit What we’re looking for: At least 3 years of experience caring for infants (nanny or daycare setting) Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it) Up-to-date vaccinations, including Tdap and flu preferred Excellent references A warm, patient, and engaging approach We’re hoping to find someone who will become part of our family and grow with us.
