Manage the family calendar, appointments, and schedules. Handle errands, deliveries, and vendor coordination. Support with admin tasks: scheduling, online orders, travel prep, and communication. Stay two steps ahead, anticipate needs, and communicate clearly. Qualifications: Proven experience as a family assistant, nanny, or household manager. High energy, strong initiative, and problem-solving mindset. Tech-savvy, organized, and reliable under pressure. Professional, discreet, and adaptable. Driver’s license preferred. Schedule & Pay: 35–45 hours/week (flexible). Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Long-term opportunity with a fast-moving, family-oriented household.
