About this nanny job

We’re looking for a warm, reliable full-time nanny to care for our 2.5-year-old son at home on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., starting October 27 through March 6. The position will likely be extended through early May, depending on our daycare plans. Responsibilities include: Feeding him breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks (meals will be prepared by us — no cooking required) Playtime, story time, and engaging indoor/outdoor activities Taking him out for walks and playground visits Helping with his nap routine Light household help such as doing his laundry while he naps We’d prefer someone who has a car and is comfortable taking him on short outings (e.g., playground or nearby shopping mall). There’s a parking space right in front of our house for your convenience. About our family: I work from home full-time and will mostly be in my study during work hours, so we’re looking for someone who can provide full care and attention to our son independently, except during the initial transition days. We have two friendly cats, so cat lovers are a plus! We speak Chinese at home. Our current nanny (who is moving after over a year with us) speaks both English and Spanish. Our son understands English well and knows a bit of Spanish, so we’d prefer someone fluent in English — bilingual is definitely welcome! Before making a final decision, we’d like to schedule a short video interview followed by a half-day paid trial to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone.
