Nanny Needed for Two Sweet Little Girls (La Mesa)   We’re a Crunchy Christian family, looking to welcome a reliable, nurturing nanny to help care for our two daughters; an 8-month-old, and another due mid-October (you are correct, the math doesn’t math).   Schedule: We’re looking for around 30 hours per week with the possibility of added hours down the line. We are flexible on days and are happy to create a schedule that works well for everyone.   About Us: We both work from home (children’s book author-currently growing our own publishing company and whimsical online shoppe, international facility management company and we run a nonprofit) and are hands-on parents. We’re looking for someone experienced, dependable, and kind — someone who can fit our rhythm and can assist in helping us balance work without missing our girls growing up.   Responsibilities: Follow the babies’ schedules and routines (they aren’t time rigid, but more cue based). Feedings, diaper changes, and naps. Light meal prep for 8-month-old. Tidying up their play and sleep areas (no household cleaning or laundry required). Play and teach the girls with books and toys.   What We’re Looking For: Reliable, trustworthy, energetic but gentle. Comfortable working alongside parents at times. We’re decently easy going and fun to be around. We will be focusing on work, errands, and chores, but we’re searching for a helper and not a replacement parent. We are occasionally spontaneous and run out to play at the beach, park, or zoo for a short time without prior planning. Sometimes you just crave nature….or the mall.
