Full time Nanny & Family Assistant Needed in Cole Valley, San Francisco with Live-In Potential! (Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.) Compensation & Benefits: $45+ per hour, or higher for the right candidate. Paid vacation time, paid sick time, paid holidays, guaranteed pay 52 weeks per year, and a health stipend. Childcare Schedule: Monday: [removed]-6pm Plus: 5-10 hours household management anytime. Responsibilities: Mornings (~8-10 hours / week) -Help the kids get ready for school, including getting dressed and brushing teeth -Assist with morning routines and ensure a smooth transition out the door -Drive or walk the children to school (transportation can be provided if needed) -Return home after drop-off to tidy up -Clean up breakfast dishes, load the dishwasher, sweep and wipe down counters -Light housekeeping, including tidying common areas -Start, turn, fold laundry Afternoon / Evenings (~25 hours / week) -Pick up kids from school and take them to activities -Plan fun, engaging, and age-appropriate afternoon activities -Prepare and serve dinner for the kids Household Management (~5-10 Hours/Week) -Manage kids' laundry: sorting, washing, folding, and putting clothes away correctly -Grocery shopping and running household errands -Initiative to proactively see what needs to be done and do it -Managing vendors - landscape, pest control, etc. Requirements: -Must drive (own car preferred, but transportation can be provided) -Ability to maintain structure and implement household routines -Open to occasional travel with the family, including international and local (Napa Valley) This is a truly special position for the right candidate. One that can grow into a long-term career with a wonderful family. Open to several arrangements, including a temporary live-in while person relocates, a Monday-Thursday live-in setup, or helping cover rent for someone moving closer to San Francisco. Because of the split-shift schedule, being local (or nearby) will be ideal, and even open to covering Uber rides as needed.
