About this nanny job

We are looking for long-term nanny that can help support our family and our currently 5-month-old boy. We'd like to start part-time (2-6 hours a day, 3-7 days a week, very flexible) for now but move to full time towards end of the year and beyond. Dad works from home, Mom mostly works from home for now but will eventually go to the office. Grandma is also in the house. Dad speaks only English, grandma only Chinese, mom can speak both. Baby boy is calm, sleeps a ton during the day (but needs contact napping for now, would be great if you have knowledge of nap training), very consistent daily schedule, enjoys play and going outside. We have one medium sized dog that's very chill. Duties include playing with the baby, managing his naps, helping his motor skill development. English+Chinese speaking (only fluent in one is ok) highly preferred.
