About this nanny job

Hi! We’re a family of 4 in the Menlo Park area looking for a Mother’s Helper/ Nanny/ Family Assistant to help every weekday from 12:15 - 5 PM. We’re looking for someone to help with our kids (4 & 2 years old) when they’re out of school, and help maintain and organize the house. Example Responsibilities: - Pickups and driving kids to and from activities (and participating enthusiastically if asked to) - Organizing, tidying, folding laundry, and light cleaning of household -Stimulating, engaging, and playing with kids (2 & 4 years old) for a few hours per shift - Household help including unpacking groceries, restocking items, and taking out the trash - Possible errands, calling vendors, or other household tasks. Must: - Speak English fluently - Be timely, reliable, and a great communicator - Be willing to mask (if needed) - Have driver’s license for at least 5 years and a clean driving record - Be able to swim (just for safety as we have a pool on site) - Experience caring for more than one child at a time - Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role - Be CPR/ First Aid trained - Have all up-to-date vaccinations including COVID and boosters - Have strong references and background checked (or open to it) Nice to Have: Bi-lingual in Chinese and English Some EDD Rate: $30+ DOE. $35+ for someone with household manager experience.
