About this nanny job

Hi! We’re looking for a part-time nanny to care for our little one Our baby is 9 months old — she is a sweet, happy and active baby. We’re hoping to find someone experienced with infants who is caring, attentive, responsible, and genuinely enjoys engaging with little ones. Our home has a beautiful outdoor space, and we’d love for our child to have a balance of indoor and outdoor play. We also encourage city exploration — walks around the neighborhood, trips to the park, library story times, and other age-appropraite enriching activities. We’ll provide a car for outings, so a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. We have a sweet maltipoo and a mostly outdoor cat who are part of our crew, so someone whom likes animals is preferred. Mom works from home full-time, but is in meetings for most of the workday. We’re really hoping to find someone who feels like an extension of our family. Position Details * Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays * Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (24 hours/week) * Location: Mission Hills, San Diego * Pay: $22/hour (depending on experience) * Breaks: Paid 30-minute lunch break at 1:00 PM + additional breaks during the day * Opportunity for occasional evening/date night hours available Requirements - Preferences * Experience with infants * LGBTQIA+ friendly and affirming is required * Present, engaging, and warm personality * Fluent Spanish speaker — preferred
(We are a bilingual family and try to speak Spanish with our little one as much as possible.) * Comfortable with pets (small dog and cat in the home) * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (car provided for outings) * Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) — preferred If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!
