My wife and I are looking for a consistent part time nanny to watch our baby girl while for part of the days when I am in class and she is at work. Must be able to watch a fun toddler without engaging in screen time. Our kiddo is very hands on and likes to go for walks, eat snacks, and play. A caregiver with developmental background to help with learning, speech, and development is always a plus
