I'm with Allies for Allies, an approved UrbanSitter partner and we are helping a family in Daly City who is seeking a warm, patient, and experienced caregiver to support their 6-year-old daughter, who has complex medical and developmental needs. She is nonverbal and communicates using ASL and AAC. The ideal caregiver will bring both compassion and skill, providing gentle support with G-tube feeding, medication administration, personal care (feeding, hygiene, and dressing), and mobility assistance throughout her afterschool routine. Engaging her in music, sensory-friendly play, and simple daily activities will help foster connection and growth. A nursing or medical background and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred, along with prior experience supporting children with medical or physical challenges.
