Full-Time Nanny – Loving Family in [Your City/Neighborhood] We’re a warm, family-oriented household of four (plus one friendly cat!) looking for a kind, reliable, and engaging nanny to join our family long-term. Our two children are energetic, curious, and love to spend time outdoors, crafting, and exploring new activities. Mom and Dad both work a hybrid schedule (partially from home), and we’re looking for someone who can be a steady, supportive presence in our home — someone who’s gentle, patient, and aligned with our parenting style. We value stability, communication, and teamwork, and we’re excited to find a nanny who feels like part of the family. What We’re Looking For A nurturing, dependable caregiver who is proactive and organized Someone who enjoys being hands-on with play, crafts, and outdoor time A team player comfortable working alongside parents who are occasionally home A self-starter who takes initiative in keeping the household running smoothly Daily Responsibilities Childcare & Engagement Create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment Plan and participate in engaging, age-appropriate activities Support a consistent daily routine and encourage independence Household Support Children’s laundry and outfit organization (create complete outfits and restock bins) Weekly toy rotation and play area tidying (during naptime after your 30-minute break) Keep diaper stations stocked and books organized Maintain a clean kitchen area — load/unload dishwasher, hand wash as needed, assemble bottles and pacifiers, and restock supplies Keep a running list of kid-related food and household needs Outdoor & Errand Support Keep stroller and outdoor gear clean and organized Help prep for outings (snacks, water, sunscreen, etc.) Spot-treat kids’ clothes as needed and maintain the front closet with seasonal items Schedule & Breaks This is a full-time position, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. You’ll receive a 30-minute paid meal and rest break each day (in line with California standards). Please note that the rest of naptime is part of the regular workday — this time will be used for light household tasks and organizing to support the children and home. We’ve been very relaxed about this in the past, but as our family’s needs evolve, we’re looking for someone comfortable taking on that added support. Compensation & Benefits Starting at $31/hour, with an increase to $32/hour once all outlined responsibilities are confidently managed 7 Paid holidays (2026)
