Hi there! We’re two Charlestown families—and longtime friends—looking for a warm, experienced nanny to care for our two adorable baby boys, who will both be 6 months old when the nanny share begins in early February 2026. The boys are already growing up side by side, and we’re thrilled to find someone who can nurture them through this exciting first year (and beyond!). We’re offering a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with care alternating weekly between our two homes (just a short walk apart). One mom works from home, which we see as a bonus—she’s available for support if ever needed, but fully respects your space and autonomy as the caregiver. Both families are kind, communicative, and aligned on parenting style, routines, and creating a positive, respectful work environment. We want this to be a happy and healthy relationship for everyone—including you.
