About this nanny job

i would like to talk about the pay because the most I can pay is like 15$ an hour at most like for real for real ik child care is uexpensive and it can be a lot but this is all I can do.. 10-5ish mon -fri would be my hours I just need to find someone who is willing with that amount or less. My baby girl is going to be 3 December 8th so is hitting her terrible 3 loves to fake cry and be sassy 😂🥲. I haven’t gotten my job yet have interviews today I’m hoping to work these hours, her dad works 6-6 mon-fri as well. around 10ish u can give her a snack if she wants, lunch around 11:30ish or 12ish usually because nap time is at 12ishpm- 3:40ish-4pm I let her sleep till she wants not past 5 though!. her room is in the closet i take her toy bag out for her to gts she has a play room in living room that’s where she plays usually or our room her bed is just in there ( I have TRIED to get her to sleep in bed never has wanted to, even would flip out her play pin and sleep on floor when she was old enough to so I always made a lil cushion growing up) i do have to close the door I’ll show how we do it. I turn on her sound machine(can’t sleep w out it) her fan she gets hot easily. we are on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex, parking is available gets less available after 5ish lol. park is like a 5 min walk down the road we have nice nature trails or ponds if u go fishing!. we also have a free car wash and vaccum in back! if u need to go anywhere please just let us know will have a car seat! give her a snack when she wakes up. I think it’s pretty easy given her napping well honestly makes it easier.
