About this nanny job

My wife and I are looking for a nanny to help with taking care of our three-week old son. We are looking for someone with experience in caring for infants, so that my wife can rest and get some sleep. We prefer someone who can work between 8-12 am or until 1:00 p.m. The hours can be flexible. There are no household tasks involved; just taking care of the baby: feeding him, changing diapers, putting him to sleep, holding him, etc. We prefer someone who has taken care of at least 3 other infants and whose families can verify that information.
